The production of jewelry requires meticulous attention and significant time to ensure the highest quality of the pieces.
Cancellation Terms
For jewelry priced up to $800:
- Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of purchase, provided that the jewelry has not been used.
- A cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or $50 – whichever is lower will apply.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the jewelry.
- If the item was shipped via a delivery service, a $20 refund for the shipping fee will be provided.
For jewelry priced over $800:
- According to law, cancellations are not possible after the purchase.
- If a return is requested, store credit will be issued instead of a refund.

- Jewelry priced at up to $800 is eligible for a full refund, subject to return conditions.
- Jewelry priced at over $800 is eligible for store credit only, instead of a refund.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The jewelry must be in new condition, with no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, along with all accompanying documents (such as a warranty certificate or appraisal, if applicable).
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the item.
- The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and the item must be sent with full insurance coverage for its value.
Jewelry That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom-designed jewelry.
- Jewelry that has been engraved or modified at the customer’s request.
- Any alterations made at the customer’s request that differ from how the item is presented on the website.
- Jewelry that includes personal customization.
